Refunds:

We do not typically offer refunds for original artwork or commissioned pieces unless the item has been damaged during shipping.

Shipping Damage and Return Process:

  • In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we are here to assist you.

  • To process a return for shipping-damaged items, please follow these steps:

  • Document the condition of the packaging, the label on the package, and the damage to the item by taking clear photographs.

  • We will guide you through the process of returning the damaged piece.

Refund Options:

  • Once we receive the damaged item, we will provide you with two options:

  • A full refund for the damaged item.

  • The option to allocate the cost of the damaged item towards the purchase of another piece from our collection.
